I live in a small flat in Finland, and I got tired of two kinds of furniture advice: the kind that assumes you have 90 square meters and a spare room, and the kind that assumes "budget" has to mean "looks like a waiting room".

furnishly.site is my answer to both. Every week I dig through the catalogues of European furniture retailers and pick the pieces that actually make sense for small apartments: sofa beds that don't look like sofa beds, desks that fold off the wall, storage that hides the clutter, lamps that make a 30 m² studio feel deliberate instead of cramped. The sweet spot is what I call designer look, no designer price tag — bouclé chairs, sculptural lamps, Japandi sideboards, usually well under €800.

How I pick

Everything on this site passes the same checklist: does it fit the small-space brief, does it look more expensive than it is, does it ship to Finland/EU, and is the price honest? I don't rank by commission rate, and if a product's reviews can't be verified, I say so on the page instead of pretending otherwise.

The honest money bit

Links on this site are affiliate links (via Adtraction and Awin, both EU networks). If you buy through them, I earn a commission at no extra cost to you — that's what pays for the site. It never changes which products make the cut: anything I wouldn't put in my own flat doesn't get recommended, whatever the rate.
